How long will it take to receive my print?
Germany: approx. 9-12 days
Europe: approx. 13-16 days
Worldwide: approx. 17-20 days

How can I track my order?
As soon as the artwork is on its way, we will send an e-mail with a link to track the shipment.
To which countries does mynt.art ship?
We ship worldwide.
For orders to countries that are not selectable in the webshop, please send us an e-mail to: hello@mynt.art.
Please note: When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which will not be paid through us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. For details, please contact the respective competent authorities.
How is the artwork packaged?
Your print is inspected by hand, wrapped in a protective sleeve and shipped in custom art security packaging.
What happens if my print arrives damaged?
Please check your package and content while the delivery company is still present. If you notice any damage, you should refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us immediately via email at hello@mynt.art so that we can arrange for a replacement. For quick processing, it is helpful to email us photos documenting the damage.
If you have already received the goods and notice any damage, please also contact us immediately.
Please keep the original packaging for possible returns.

What payment methods are accepted?
It is possible to choose from the following payment methods:
All major credit cards, Paypal, Giropay or Klarna by Sofort.
What about shipping costs?
The shipping costs within Germany are included.
For orders from abroad, extra shipping costs are added, which will be listed at the end of the check-out process.

What is your return policy?
As soon as you placed your order, the production process of the configured photo print, in terms of size and material, will begin and the order cannot be cancelled. Our photo prints are not pre-made, they are printed individually by request and order of the customer.
